文件大小限制是多少？
每次上传限额 25GB。您可以上传单个 25GB 文件，或多个小文件，总计不超过 25GB。
文件会保存多久？
文件默认保存 3 天。您可以延长至最多 7 天，或在上传时设置 1-7 天的自定义过期时间。
有速度限制吗？
没有限速。上传和下载速度取决于您的网络连接。
我可以一次分享多个文件吗？
可以。集合功能可将多个文件归为一个可分享的链接。

我可以为文件设置密码保护吗？
是的。密码保护是可选的，适用于单个文件和合集。您可以在文件过期前随时设置或移除密码。
我可以让文件在下载后自毁吗？
是的。您可以对任何文件或合集启用“阅后即焚”。文件在首次下载后会自动删除，非常适合敏感的一次性分享。
我可以更改文件的过期时间吗？
可以。上传时可选择1到7天的任意过期时间。上传后只要文件未过期，也可以延长或缩短过期时间。
有任何限制吗？
只有一个：
- Uploads: 100GB per 24 hours (rolling window) to prevent abuse
- Downloads: No limit. Recipients can download as fast and as often as they want
Unlimited downloads is a key differentiator—your recipients never hit a wall.
我如何在手机上分享？
每个文件和合集都有一个二维码。在下载页面，点击二维码图标即可展开，方便扫码。
文件是加密的吗？
是的，有两层加密：
- In transit: TLS 1.3 encryption on all connections
- At rest: AES-256 encryption via Cloudflare R2
Note: This is not end-to-end encryption. For sensitive files, encrypt before uploading.
你们能看到我的文件吗？
We don't look at your files, but technically we have access to the storage. If you need true privacy, encrypt files before uploading using tools like gpg or age.
文件存储在哪里？
文件存储在 Cloudflare R2，并通过 Cloudflare 全球 CDN（拥有300多个边缘节点）分发，无论您或接收者身处何地，都能享受快速下载。
我可以恢复中断的传输吗？
Downloads: Yes. We support HTTP range requests, so downloads can be resumed if interrupted.
Uploads: Large files (50MB+) are automatically uploaded in chunks. If interrupted, partial uploads are cleaned up automatically.
有桌面应用吗？
