storage.to provides temporary file hosting and sharing services. Files are stored for a limited time and automatically deleted after expiration.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use storage.to to:
- Upload, share, or distribute illegal content
- Share copyrighted material without authorization
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful software
- Share content that exploits minors
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service
- Use automated tools to mass upload or download files
4. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the files you upload. We do not monitor or review uploaded content, but we reserve the right to remove any content and terminate access for violations of these terms.
5. Service Limitations
- Maximum file size: 25GB
- Files expire after 7 days (or sooner based on plan)
- We do not guarantee 100% uptime or availability
- We may modify or discontinue features at any time
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that files will be available for the full expiration period, and we are not responsible for data loss.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, storage.to shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
