Is storage.to really free?Yes. You can send files up to 25 GB with no account, no card and no ads. Paid plans are optional and add permanent files, bigger uploads and tools for sending work to clients.1 minWhat do the paid plans include?Personal ($5/mo) keeps files online forever with 100 GB of storage. Pro ($15/mo) adds 500 GB plus download receipts, link analytics and branded download pages. Business ($25/mo) has 1 TB. Paying yearly gets two months free.2 minCan I pay once instead of subscribing?Yes. Besides monthly and yearly subscriptions, you can buy a one-time pass for 90 days or a year. A pass never renews automatically, and you can cancel a subscription any time.1 minHow much storage do I get on a paid plan?Personal includes 100 GB, Pro 500 GB and Business 1 TB of storage for files that never expire. Your dashboard shows how much you're using, and you can move to a bigger plan at any time.1 minWhat happens to my files if I cancel?Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that, your permanent files get a 30-day grace period: subscribe again within it and they stay. After 30 days they're removed.1 minCan I see who downloaded my file?On Pro and Business, every download of your links is recorded with the city, country and device, plus downloads per day, and you can get an email when your links are downloaded. Other plans show how many times each link was downloaded.1 minCan I put my logo on the download page?Yes, on Pro and Business. Add your logo, name and brand colour in Settings, and every download page you share shows them to your recipients.1 min
