Open storage.to in your phone's browser, tap the upload area and choose photos, videos or files. Copy the link or share it straight from the page. Nothing to install.
On a computer, every download page has a QR code. Tap the QR icon to enlarge it, then scan it with your phone's camera to open the file there.
