Sign-in (optional)

Uploads work fully anonymously. Sign in to:

Dashboard
Attach uploads to your account (visible in your dashboard)
Paid plans
Use premium features like permanent files and larger storage quota

Clicking Sign in opens your browser, which hands a token back to the app. Log out from the app menu to revoke it.

Troubleshooting

macOS won't open it
right-click the app → Open (only needed once for first-time unsigned builds). Signed releases don't require this.
Screenshot shortcut conflicts
other apps may bind the same hotkey. Change your system screenshot shortcut in System Settings → Keyboard.
Upload failing
check status.storage.to. The app sends error reports automatically - reach out if it's persistent.
