storage.to respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content hosted on storage.to infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice using the form below or by emailing [email protected]. Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material on storage.to that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g., the URL)
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with:
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and phone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the complainant
- Your physical or electronic signature
Counter-notifications should be sent to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the material within 10-14 business days unless the complainant notifies us of a court action.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
storage.to maintains a policy of terminating access for users who are repeat infringers. Users who receive multiple valid DMCA notices may have their access to the service permanently revoked.
5. Good Faith
Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
